- Not copy or distribute the establishment name’s software, systems, or content without written permission from Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology.
- Keep your account password and any access credentials secure and confidential.
- Provide proof of identity as requested by Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology.
- Acknowledge that Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology reserves the right to deny access to any service or software without providing reasons.
License Scope
Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and irrevocable license to access and use its software strictly for personal purposes under this contract. You agree to:
- Not rent, lease, resell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software to third parties.
- Not modify, adapt, translate, summarize, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code, internal design, text, multimedia (images, audio, video), data, or other content provided by Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology or third-party service providers.
- Not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices within the services.
- Not intentionally transfer, distribute, or allow unauthorized access to the services.
- Not share your username, password, software serial number, or other access credentials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the services, software, and related materials (including content you submit) remain the sole property of Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology. Payment
Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology reserves the right to impose new fees for the use of its services, software, or technical support. If fees are introduced, you will be notified and may choose to continue or terminate the contract. Prices may be updated periodically, and you are responsible for checking the current pricing on our website or by contacting us. Payment for services must be made via bank transfer immediately upon receipt of the service. You are solely responsible for timely payments, and all fees are non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you agree that failure to pay may result in suspension of your access to the services and stored data. In case of non-payment, Tabweeb Arabia Information Technology will grant a 30-day grace period before suspending your account, during which you must settle all outstanding invoices.
